Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue Senior Boxer Club
Join our Senior Boxer Club.... Not only will you save money but you will also save lives.
So what is the Senior Boxer Club or SBC? The SBC works like this. If you make the decision to adopt a dog 7 years of age or older you can join the SBC for $50.00 more to the standard senior adoption fee of $175.00. Once you are a member you can adopt any other senior at BRBR for only $50.00. You can add up to three senior brothers or sister to your family. You can also choose to wait til your senior passes and then take us up on another senior when you are ready, still only paying the adoption fee of $50.00 instead of the normal $175.00.
All the same rules apply, you must be in good standing with BRBR (pets UTD on shots etc), you will still be required to sign an adoption contract and treat your senior with love and respect. The difference is your adoption fee is significantly reduced.
Why are we offering this program?
We are offering this program for the folks that love those senior dogs, to make it easier for them to maybe add another senior to their home or help ease the loss of a recent senior.
Seniors are very special dogs and those of us that own seniors or have adopted seniors know they have alot to give. They are normally very mellow, but still have plenty of energy for romps around the neighborhood or a good game of catch. Most seniors are house broken and well mannered cause lets face it they have been around and they have learned how to behave over time. Seniors are loving and sweet, their sole purpose in life is not so much to chase the ball, but to chase it because it pleases you. Seniors are just big pleasers. They love nothing more than the touch of your hand and the sound of your voice greeting them in the morining. Their steps maybe a little slower but their hearts are bigger for it.
So if you make the decision to adopt a senior dog, join our senior boxer club and not only will you save some money in adoption fees but also you will save a life.
And remember when you adopt a dog you're not just saving one dog's life....you're saving two... the dog you adopt and the dog waiting in a shelter.
